Agenda Items:

• San Lucas Mission $1,000,000 matching offer

  • Bruce will attend the Kansas City Celebration “Water is Life” May 3-5

• To get a higher rating on Charity Navigator, we need 

  • A Whistleblower Policy (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1enp8TMFzLmCrlKj7Yl5MM8wuj3W-mMe7YNKwO6B7PdI/) and 

  • A Document Retention Policy (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1K5K0RcoQYJBqHtUbnhhH_9rjPJESzJL-hqKcNS4WB4M/) 

  • Bruce will circulate both and provide a one-week review or approval

• Results of Bruce’s recent mailings. Bruce sent out a request for help to past donors.  Bruce focused the request on the stoppage of the USAID grant.   We raised $5,593
